Information on the processing of personal data collected from the data subject

In compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (European Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter “GDPR”), we provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data provided while browsing the website and/or through the contacts made available by the Data Controller.

This information does not apply to other websites that may be consulted via links on the Controller's website, which is in no way responsible for the websites of third parties.

This information is provided pursuant to Article 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679.

2. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”), with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, contact data, location data, an online identifier or to one or more characteristic elements of that person's physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity (Art. 4(1)(1) GDPR).

Processing of personal data shall mean any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

3. SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES

Specific information may be provided in the individual sections of the site or through the contact channels of the Data Controller, in relation to particular services or processing of personal data provided by the data subject.

4. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness set out in Article 6 of EU Reg. 2016/679 for the following purposes:
- navigation on the Controller's website;
- handling of enquiries sent via website, email or telephone;
- management of appointments, consultations and requested services.

The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Data Controller).

Subject to the consent of the data subject, the data may be processed for sending newsletters, informative and promotional communications, events and initiatives. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

5. RECIPIENTS OF DATA

Personal data may be disclosed to persons who will process the data as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR or to authorised persons pursuant to Art. 29 GDPR.

In particular, the data may be communicated to IT service providers, hosting, e-mail, consultants and professionals, as well as to competent authorities for legal obligations.

6. TRANSFER OF DATA

Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Union.

7. RETENTION PERIOD

The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, unless required by law.

8. NATURE OF CONTRIBUTION

The provision of data for contact and service request purposes is necessary. Failure to provide it will result in the inability to provide the service.
The provision of data for newsletter purposes is optional.

9. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subject may at any time exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, including access, rectification, deletion, restriction, opposition, data portability and withdrawal of consent.

It is possible to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
