My name is Irina Garaeva, I am a Surgeon specialising in Odontostomatology and Oral Surgery, and I have been passionately dedicated to the oral health care of my patients for many years.
I was born in Russia, in the city of Ufa, and I began my academic career at the First State Medical University of Bashkortostan, where I graduated with honours in Medicine and Surgery. Right from the start I oriented my training towards the field of dentistry, continuing my studies and specialisation in Oral surgery at Pavlov University in St. Petersburg.
After further refinements in Periodontology University of Gothenburg, I chose to move to Italy, where I found in the city of Brescia the ideal place to grow, both personally and professionally. Here I also graduated with honours in Dental Hygiene and I obtained recognition of my title to be able to legally practice dentistry in Italy.

Being a Russian dentist in Brescia is a great source of pride for me. I bring with me a solid clinical training gained in international academia, combined with a deep knowledge of the needs of Italian patients. My goal has always been to create a point of reference where every person can feel welcome, listened to, treated with seriousness, humanity e tangible results.
My daily commitment is aimed in particular at the oral surgery, to the’advanced implantology, to the aesthetic prosthetics and the periodontology. In every treatment, I always look for the most effective solution that is also most respectful of the person, with an approach based on listening, clinical precision e continuous updating.

- Dr Sergio Monza, a doctor and dentist specialising in orthodontics. He is a professional of the highest calibre with long clinical and teaching experience, and a consultant for complex orthodontic cases and invisible aligners.
- Dr Cristiana Cadonna, physiotherapist. Work with us to offer targeted support in patients with muscular and postural problems related to masticatory function, temporomandibular joint and post-surgical recovery.
- Dr Elena Cuilleri, speech therapist. He deals with the assessment and treatment of disorders related to phonation, swallowing and oral breathing, working in synergy with the orthodontist and other specialists to ensure a comprehensive approach, especially in patients of developmental age.
- Dr. Ing. Carlo Linetti, manager responsible for the internal organisation and achievement of the practice's clinical and management objectives.
- Odt. Mauro Butti, owner of the “Odontotecnica Bresciana” laboratory, with whom we collaborate on the fabrication of high-precision aesthetic prostheses.
- Odt. Sandro Tassarelli, owner of the “Ortotecnic” laboratory in Bergamo, which specialises in the creation of customised orthodontic devices.

- Dr. Fiorenzo Nicolini e Dr Enrico Pacentra, anaesthetists with whom we collaborate for operations under conscious sedation, particularly in the areas of complex oral surgery and computer-guided implantology.
- Mrs Elakly Imane, assistant ASO. Professional and very well prepared, she constantly attends refresher courses. Always attentive to every detail, she is a valuable resource for the whole firm.
- Ms Ekaterina Podosinnikova, responsible for the front office and administration, always ready to welcome every patient with helpfulness and courtesy.

The dental practice
Lo dental practice is located in Brescia, in a welcoming, modern and barrier-free facility with free underground car park available to patients.
We have three operational boxes:
- one dedicated to conservative,
- one for the’professional oral hygiene and whitening,
- one for the prosthetic rehabilitations.
We also have a surgery room fully equipped for oral surgery, implantology and bone regeneration, in a safe, sterile and controlled environment.
Each space is designed to promote patient comfort and relaxation and we use the best digital technologies, for a more precise diagnosis and minimally invasive treatments.
